150g void, 1,5dl fariinisuhkrut, 2 kanamuna, 4dl nisujahu, 2tl küpsetuspulbrit, 200g vaniljejogurtit, 4dl mustikaid
Kate:
75g void, 1,5dl fariinisuhkrut, 3dl kaerahelbeid, 200g maitsestamata toorjuustu, 1spl suhkrut, 1spl vaniljesuhkrut ja 1dl mustikaid.
Valmistamine
Vahusta või ja fariinisuhkur. Sega juurde ükshaaval munad. Sega kokku jahu ja küpsetuspulber. Sega jahu ja jogurt vaheldumisi taignasse. Sega juurde mustikaid. Määri võiga koogivorm ja tõsta taigen vormi tasaselt.
Lisa fariinisuhkur ja kaerahelbeid. Sega toorjuustu sisse suhkur ja vaniljesuhkrut. Pane lusikaga kaerahelbesegu taigna peale. Lisa toorjuustu kuhjakesed lusikaga koogi peale. Tõsta peale mustikad. Küpseta 200 kraadi juures u. 35 min
