2-3 sl ekstra virgin oliiviõli
3 küüslauguküünt
3-4 oksa rosmariini
1 pakk meresoola
Valmistamine
Koori juurviljad, lõika suurteks piklikeks kangideks (peedid võid tükeldada ka õhukesteks sektoriteks). Koori küüslauguküüned ja lõika seibideks, tõsta koos juurikatega ahjupannile. Nirista peale head oliiviõli ja puista üle meresoola ning rosmariiniga. Küpseta ahjus 200 kraadi juures 25-35 minutit või kuni juurikad küpsed, aga veel meeldivalt krõmpsud. Serveeri koos ahjupraega.
