1,5 dl kooritud pistaatsiapähkleid
1 dl mandleid
2 dl tuhksuhkrut
u 2 spl külma vett.
Kaunistuseks 50 g tumedat šokolaadi.
Valmistamine:
Kooritud pistaatsiapähklid ning mandlid purustada (kuid mitte liiga peeneks) ja segada tuhksuhkru ja veega ühtlaseks massiks. Tee käte vahel ümmargused pallid umbes supilusika suurused. Tõsta pallid külmkappi jahtuma. Sulata šokolaad ja kasta pallid sisse. Palle saad kätte kahe kahvli abil. Pallid pane tahenema küpsetuspaberile, kust neid hiljem hõlpsam kätte saada. Soovi korral võid kaunistada pallid pähkliseguga. Seejärel pane nad külmikusse kuskil tunniks tahenema.
